The most popular of therapeutic massage that relaxes and stretches muscles, increases circulation, and balances the energy of the body. A 30 minute session focuses on a back treatment. A 60 minute session includes a full body massage.

Sports Massage *
Pre-event Massage is a fast-paced, invigorating treatment to increase blood circulation to the muscles and to stimulate the muscles, tendons, and ligaments in preparation for a workout or sporting event.

Post-event Massage is a slow-paced, relaxing treatment to assist in removal of metabolic waste from the muscles, reduce pain and tension from lactic acid buildup, and encourage circulation.

Hot Stone Therapy
Heat is incorporated with stones for a thermal massage to reduce tensed muscles for better manipulation and for a rhythmical, relaxing treatment. Hot stones are placed on the back to transfer heat into the muscles before manipulating. In the meantime, other stones work on the rest of the body. This is a full body massage.

Reflexology *
Stimulation of the whole body through manipulations of the feet and or hands, based on the theory that the body is related to points on the feet and hands.

Pre-natal Massage *
Therapeutic massage focusing on the areas of pain associated with pregnancy. It focuses on treating edema, sciatica, low back pain, and hip expansion. Pre-natal massage assists in the stretching of the skin and muscles to reduce stretch marks and tightened muscles. The mother-to-be can choose to include an abdominal massage.
Doctor’s permission is required.

Chair Massage *
Fully clothed massage treatment focusing on tension in the neck, shoulders, back, arms, and hands using compressions and cross-fiber friction. This is a popular item for offices and conferences.

Ear Candling
A paper candle is inserted into the outer rim of the ear canal. While it burns, smoke pulls any debris out of the ear. During this service you get a relaxing facial massage. Ear candling can improve hearing and alleviate symptoms from sinus infections, allergies, and colds.

Reiki is an ancient form of healing using cosmic and spiritual energy. This healing focuses a current of energy to the person being treated. This energy is a unique combination that not only heals on the level of the physical body but also on mental, emotional, and spiritual levels as well.
